I love this pen.
Both sides write cleanly with great color. It feels good in my hand and is
perfect when you don't want to carry a large pen case. Personally I like a very
fine point for note taking (0.35 at most) but this would be a great writing pen
for many people.
I use it for drawing and designs. For a minimal drawing kit i take this pen, a
mechanical pencil with good eraser and a small sketch book. I make puppets and
swear by two color design drawings. One color for the look of the puppet and
another for the controls.
Highly recommended!

My favorite pencil ever...., May 26, 2012
By dba...
My favorite pencil ever. I've used (as I like pencils) probably most mechanical
(and wooden) pencils available mostly from Germany and Japan, two countries that
produce quality products, costing from few dollars to over $50 each but, I
always come back to this classic pencil.
It just becomes part of my hand with its lightness and shape, I can use it all
day while most other pencils I either get uncomfortable or bored after some
time.
I mostly use 0.3mm and 0.7mm so I can have two different thickness in lines (0.5
and 0.7 is too close for me) but 0.5 and 0.9mm can be used for this purpose too.
0.3mm pencil (brown barrel) is currently not distributed by Pentel USA but is by
web shops, especially if you order from Europe or Asia. eg, pixiemall (Korea) or
stationeryart from Hong Kong and many Japanese sites. 0.3 (p203) is probably the
best 0.3mm pencil ever made. I'm surprised JetPens does not carry it yet.

One of the best pencil cases ever! So cute, and it holds a lot for it's size.
The way it opens up to a tray is great. You can see all your pens/pencils
without having to dig around. I have 3 lead packs, 2 block erasers, a Kadokeshi
(small), lip balm, a panda Iwako eraser, a mono one, and 13 pens/pencils (a mix
of skinny and wide barreled ones) and it's still easy to zipper up.

Really like this pen. Ink color distinctive. If I write slowly looks great (if I
go at scribble speed, handwriting falls apart )
So pen functions as zen device to keep me slow. Also looks better than American
versions available at Amazon.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these highlighters. So tired of the garish colors of regular
ones these light pastels are wonderful!
I can use these in my Bible, my books, etc, and not feel like I'm degrading the
book! At first I didn't think they were double-ended but yes, the write part
comes off to reveal a point highlighter, which is perfect for underlining.
JETPENS rock!

WOW, lucky me, my son..., May 24, 2012
By mo.doma
WOW, lucky me, my son (6 years old) has to use a special pencil at school to
help with his grip, it requires 2mm lead. So I came to Jetpens to buy 2mm lead
and while I was here, looked at a way to use the lead for myself since it made
sense to order the lead in larger quantities, shipping blah blah, well I decided
on this pencil and WOW!!
So its instantly my absolute favorite pencil for so many reasons, I do a LOT of
writing in pencil on my job during our busy season and my hand cramps up
TERRIBLY because I simply must press forcefully with the pencil due to the need
to make multiple copies of the documents, I started using this pencil with 2B
lead, WOW first with the 2B you dont have to press as hard, it comes out bold,
and this pencil I get absolutely NO cramping in the hand. Its PERFECT!!
I had other smaller writing tools in the past, and they didnt fit right, and
also lead to hand cramps, the lenght on this is perfect, and I have long
fingers, so I imagine this would be usable to almost everyone. Solid metal, its
just a fantastic lifelong pencil, I started looking for the pens to go along
with, but apparently there are some plastic pieces in there. I will be ordering
the full length of this pencil when I need lead again.
I cant say enough about this pencil, I like writing instruments a lot, but I am
no collector by any means, this pencil I cannot recommend highly enough. The
lead lasts a LOOOOOONG time, but you do have to sharpen it often with the softer
leads like the 2B, so its not as "productive" as a standard .5mm or anything
like that, but really it doesnt take much time to sharpen.
It also looks like something from a long long time ago, really cool vintage
looking pencil to have laying around the desk, I love this

Years ago I had a Japanese..., May 24, 2012
By jki...
Years ago I had a Japanese made .3mm Koh-i-Noor and it was the most amazing
pencil I had ever used - it traveled with me for many years. Sadly, I dropped
it and the Chinese made Koh-i-Noor was absolutely no comparison. In the years
since then, I have used old .5mm and .9mm Koh-i-Noors (both Japanese) and
struggled my way through.
I never sought to replace the pencil after the initial Chinese failings because
I had serviceable (though not wholly enjoyable) replacements and my job
requirements took me from pen and ink to keys and mice.
Now, I spend amazing amounts of time with paper in hand: I needed a replacement!
So...I threw caution to the wind and with fear, I plopped down the $33 for the
pencil.
Now, I said all of that to provide context for my commentary: Wow! The feel of
the pencil in-hand is awesome. If you are a "wooden pencil" kind of person,
this beast will not satisfy. The balance is awesome. If you have delicate
hands, this pencil may not satisfy. The feed is precise and doesn't gum-up with
2B (which can be a problem with other .3mm pencils). For me, the combination of
the .3mm size and the super soft 2B allows me to use a feather-light touch to
get precise, tiny and dark lines.
If you are a drafting pencil junky, you need this pencil. But...you probably
already know that. (-:

I have used Kaweco fountain..., May 24, 2012
By jtc...
I have used Kaweco fountain pens for many years because they really do fit in
your pocket and they work well enough, especially the aluminum models. (As they
say about cameras: the best fountain pen is the one you actually carry with
you.) Likewise, I was looking for a 0.9mm mini pencil. This might be the only
one available. I have had it only a couple of days and it seems to work well
enough. I would give it 5 stars but I think it is overpriced. On the other hand,
there is no competition, so it is hard to compare prices. Lamy makes a similar
sized pencil but it is not available in 0.9mm - and it costs almost exactly the
same.

My purchases: I bought..., May 24, 2012
By parallels9
My purchases: I bought B2P in colors black and blue.
In dim-lighting, the identical barrel coloration and design of each pen make the
pens very difficult to differentiate. I think the only noticeable ink indicators
are only visible under brighter light: the lighter blue ink of the blue pen, the
pen clicker colors, and the written color indicators on the pen labels. I have
found it too easy to accidentally presume the dark-blue barrel of the black pen
indicates blue ink, or vice versa, since the barrels are the exact same in
dark-blue plastic coloring. I think this is a minor, or maybe major, problem,
with implications for many specific writing needs and particular environment
conditions; and due to it, I have limited my use of B2P pens for informal,
casual, non-professional use only.
My issues with the B2P identical barrel coloration aside, for such a reasonable
price, and very cool concept, buying several B2P pens seemed like a great idea,
and I would buy more again. The pen cost is inexpensive for the higher quality
of pens I believe I have with my B2Ps compared to even cheaper alternatives. So,
considering the low-cost alone, and noble cause to bring awareness to
environmental implications, overall I think the B2Ps are better than OK. The ink
performance is good, and up to the standard of quality I have gratefully
experienced from all Pilot pens. In the future though, I would consider buying
or using only one of the three colors of B2P ink options available... I hope
this information is helpful to you!

Love, love, love this..., May 24, 2012
By nhartzog
Love, love, love this pen. The nib is very smooth and ink is a nice wet flow no
matter how long it's been since I have used it. Who would ever think such an
inexpensive pen would perform so well. I have some very expensive pens;
Sheaffer's, waterman, pelican that don't write nearly as well. I plan to turn
this into an eye dropper after I use up the cartridge that was included. It's
definitely not impressive to look at and I wish it didn't have the writing on
the barrel but that is a small complaint and doesn't in any way affect the
performance. If you don't have one of these I would highly recommend that you
give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

The Uni-Ball Pure-Malt..., May 23, 2012

The Uni-Ball Pure-Malt is a good pen for the price. I have purchased three so
far...one a navy Limited Edition. I use that one every day. The inks (black,
blue, and red) are vivid and flow easily. I haven't noticed any skipping yet. I
would like to see Uni-Ball produce a "3+1" version and utilize the fourth slot
inside the pen body. The clip could be improved but it works well. I'd prefer a
metal one along the lines of the Pilot Dr. Grip 4+1 multi-pen. I like the form
and it fits well in my hand when I've got a lot of writing to do. The fact that
the upper portion of the barrel is plastic with a metalicized finish is fine.

Finally a correction..., May 23, 2012
By jlanedc18
Finally a correction tape that you can count on. This is the first of its kind
that I have had no problems with, the first to be able to use the full reel of
tape. I have had no problems with it twisting, unwinding, or simply not working.
It is the first that is easy to guide and comes out with ease. I was expecting
the worst (or at least the same as the others I have used, which happens to be
many) and was delivered the best. The tape stays down and holds up well writing
over it. I have not tried pencil but all types, brands, styles, colors, and
sizes of pen, have been no problem.
If you use correction tape then you will not want to wait any longer before
ordering this product. I can assure you there is non-other like it on the market
(at least in the US) I have tried every style from the leading brands as well as
all of the generic office supply store brands, and obviously I have tried all of
the other brands jet pens offers. I will say it is not as cute as the birdie but
it works much better.

This precision-constructed..., May 23, 2012
By wagneric
This precision-constructed pencil has amazing balance, a solid mechanism with no
play, and is altogether a pleasure to use for work and hobbies. The grip is
perfect for me, with the knurling not too rough and a comfortable diameter, but
-- judging from other reviews -- it clearly does not work for everyone. I think
it might be cooler if it were made out of titanium, and if the entire mechanism
were stainless, and if the tip were retractable, but at this price it's great!
I machined a cap for it out of polycarbonate, just to make it pocket-friendly!

I personally enjoy this pencil butthe lead rotation thing doesn't work for me.
The sensetivity of the roatator should be stronger. I naturally push lightly on
a pencil when in use so the lead rotation gimmick doesn't work for me. The
little ring of rubber on the tip of the pencil is perfectly placed due to where
I grip the pencil.i also think the eraser on the end should be a bit larger and
when I put more lead in the end I have to put in one lead stick at a time!!
Overall it fits my hand well and I would though prefer reaching for my papermate
megalead 0.7mm pencil.

I ordered the Drawing..., May 22, 2012
By lei...
I ordered the Drawing insert to see if I liked it, and test it with light
watercolor. I won't reorder it again after this one is used up, but it's really
not bad paper - it's just not what I need for my style of art.
This is very heavy, very stiff paper. But it is (understandably) not for wet
media - I have tried a couple of watercolor sketches, and you can't push the
paint around at all, it buckles (which I don't mind) and it pills (which I *do*
mind). If you were to just do a quick, small wash of color for a visual pop in a
sketch, it's ok, though not ideal.
For drawing, I'm not fond of the texture with pencil. I like the plain unlined
insert better for pencil sketching.
With an Pentel Pocket Brush Pen, it's actually pretty good, though the ink shows
(*not* bleeds, just shows) through a little more than I would like.
Collage seems like it would work well - the paper stands up to glue well, and
the piece I glued on doesn't show any signs of peeling off.
Once I use up the unlined insert that came with the Pelle journal, I will use
this up by journaling in it, and then just make my own sketch or watercolor
inserts.

Pelle Leather Journal - Brown - Large + 1 Plain Linen Paper Notebook (4.3" X 8.3") Insert - 64 Pages
I received my journal..., May 21, 2012
By lei...
I received my journal last week, and fell in love with this form factor. It's
very portable, fits in my purse/bag very well. It's very customizable. I've
added a charm to the elastic closure, I've made my own inserts - grid, sketch
paper, watercolor, 2 made of an old map for collaging, and a 2-pocket thing made
of an old file folder that will fit around one of the notebook-type inserts. I
added an old name tag holder to the inside front cover (with double-sided tape)
in the included insert to hold 3x5 cards and making-tape sticker sheets. The
stock inserts are a little bigger than 8x8 - and not perfectly square. It's
close enough though, that I am making my homemade inserts 8x8 and it works fine
for me.
The included unlined insert is good paper. I have been using Uniball gel pens
for writing, and that works quite nice and smooth; also tried out the light
black Aquash Brush Pen filled with Pigment Ink, and it didn't bleed through.
What kept me from giving it a top rating is that, rather than being similar to
the Midori Traveler's Notebook, it's an outright clone- right down to the
positioning of text stamped in the leather, the box printed on the first page of
the inserts, the packaging. They didn't take the idea and make it their own,
they just imitated.
I went with the Pelle because I figured it was a little greener ordering
something made here in the US where I am, but after getting it and comparing
reviews online that show pictures of both side by side, the outright lift of
design is so blatant that it made me uncomfortable.

First of all I would like to say that pilot did a really good job with this
pencil. I practically use it everyday now. The price is great for a 0.3 pencil.
The only reason i gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the grip attracts a lot
of lint and dirt. I can't stand that, so I find my self rubbing it off the grip
every couple of minutes.

This is the sweet spot. The .38mm is not too thing or too bold. I found .4 to
be too thick and .3 to be too thin. 0.38mm seems to be the sweet spot.
Also, as far as the color, its just the right amount of blue where it doesn't
hurt your eyes but its enough blue to distinquish it from black.
Its the best!

This is pretty much the only pen I use. Whenever I am in any situation that I
need to write I, and am able too, I use this pen. I always have everything.
Pencil, a pen, green/red/blue ink pen, its awesome! I used mine for over two
years until the pencil clicker started acting funny, catching and holding. I
could probably get a new pencil portion or something like that, but I am going
to order up on refills and get a green replacement!
I absolutely LOVE this pen! Best pen ever made by far!
P.S. Make extra/replacement cushions. The gel cushion is fine, but having
different materials with different designs/softness would be good, variety is
nice. I would like a little thicker extra soft gel cushion myself.

The product description was changed since I bought it. It stated that this pen
was white and not clear. Jetpens had a Product Type for white pens that seems to
be gone now. This pen was under white pens and the product description said it
gave off a "pure white color," but Jetpens changed it. Oh well, people will
think I'm a liar for my previous review from 3 years ago because Jetpens messed
up the product description and corrected it later.
But as a clear pen I recall it worked well that way because I was annoyed at the
fact that it was a clear pen and not a white pen as it was previously described.

A recent college graduate, I did most of my final project with this pen,
Franklin Booth Style, old school pen and ink Comic book illustrations, these
things ROCK !
While I admit my hand is very harsh ( I use a .9 lead in my pencils ) that take
a toll on these pen's tips ( my pens still have ink, but I have worn out the
nibs), but of you have a delicate ( normal ) hand, these things are a godsend
for comic book artists and illustrators. I have recommended these to several
friends and they love this too.
So in short, give these a try, you will wonder why you have never tried these.

This case arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. All I can say
about this case is wow! I purchased the Rich Espresso Dark Brown since it looked
the most professional in my opinion. The case itself is sturdy but not stiff.
The leather feels very nice and is very plyable. I filled the case with two pens
per slot (while the pens do touch, they aren't rubbing against each other). I
wish that I could post a review picture here to show you what my setup looks
like. In any case, this pen case is worth the money and I could not be happier
with it!

I agree with all of the..., May 19, 2012I agree with all of the positives that everyone has said on this bag. It truly
is amazing in terms of intelligent design, stylish look, not too big, and a
zillion pockets to put everything you need into. I use it daily and really love
it.
Unfortunately with daily use this bag has not held up as much as I had hoped.
Because the bag only has one way to hold it - by the shoulder strap - the strap
has started to degrade. The shoulder strap pad has started to fall apart and
leaves little bits of black all over my clothing and skin every time I use it
and now the white padding underneath is showing through. For such a costly bag
I would not have expected this after only a few months of use. It's very
disappointing.

Jetpens offers a wonderful..., May 19, 2012
By jlanedc18
Jetpens offers a wonderful array of highlighters to choose from. I have had the
pleasure of using every single one (to date except for the new Monami they added
this week which is what I am ordering now) and love most of them. The Tombow Kay
coat happen to be my least favorite. While I understand why some people will
love them for nice color selection or even the quality of ink and the decent
flow they produce. But the aspect I dislike about them can't make up for their
positive qualities in my opinion. The tips are surrounded by metal to reinforce
them I guess but it makes it so you have to be at a very precise angle in order
to make a decent line. It makes it very challenging to enjoy using.
One of the great things about these highlighters is they are refillable. Jetpens
does not carry the charging stations as of now and I am not sure if they ever
will but they are out there. If you are familiar with the Staedtler Textsurfer
refilling sysetm they sell on this site it is very similar to that. While I am
not suggesting you should purchase other items from a competitor that Jetpens
carries I do think it is ethical to suggest Writers Bloc as the store you can
get refills to these highlighters. I am also OK suggesting that here becasue you
would be crazy to buy anything else from there due ti their outrageous shipping
charges, limited choice in products, and delayed shipping times. All of which
Jetpens does perfectly. However you can at least use them to get your refill
stations.

This is a nice eraser for erasing micro-details. I'm very happy with it and it
complements my larger Staedtler eraser stick. One minor criticism is the
mechanism allows the eraser to be pushed back up the sleeve if you apply to much
pressure. Not a problem. You don't need to apply much pressure when erasing
small detail. However if the sponginess bothers you then just by the refills
and stuff it in an extra 2mm leadholder you may happen to have. A leadholder
would actually allow you to use up almost the entire eraser because the
leadholder jaws require little area to firmly hold the eraser in place.

This is a very good pen..., May 19, 2012
By hrt...
This is a very good pen for its price but there are better.
The pen is compact but once you post it, its average length. Very comfortable to
write with. Its also very light and the color is pleasing to the eyes.
Extra fine nib writes great if you write at the right angle. If you deviate just
a bit, it'll skip the first letter but go right back to writing smoothly. My
Lamy fountain pens doesn't do that at all. (By angle, I mean something like 10
degree difference)
Other than that first letter skip at wrong angle, I've had no problem with
leaking, skipping or flow issues. It is a great pen and problem is minuscule but
I would probably stick to Lamy or keep trying different ones.
It takes international short cartridge so huge plus there. I get to use my J.
Herbin cartridges!
Oh and for those of you used to Japanese tiny nibs, this writes more like a fine
nib than extra fine.

This is a beautiful ink.
The actual color isn't as bright as it looks on packaging. The actual ink is a
beautiful darker purple. In some lights, its hard to tell its purple but if you
look at it directly, its very clearly a purple.
Though the color itself is beautiful, I probably wouldn't buy it again as I was
hoping for a more violet than dark purple.

I love this pen!
This was my first Lamy and I fell in love with it. I used to have a very
expensive fountain pen that got stolen. I always wanted another but decided to
buy an economical one to start. Boy, am I glad I did! I've bought several more
fountain pens since this one and its still my everyday go to pen. (even over my
Lamy Al-star!)
The shape of the pen was odd but once I held it and started writing, it fit like
a glove. Its very comfortable to hold for a long period of time without my hand
hurting, which happens quite a bit with smaller or too large pens.
Flow is even and doesn't skip. Everything from handmade Italian papers to
regular printing papers, it wrote like a dream. There is one cheap post it I
have that it doesn't agree with but it's most likely the ink, not the pen. Pen
writes beautifully without skips but ink on that post it is blotchy. Otherwise,
its a thing of beauty.
I bought the fine nib and am perfectly happy with it but I need to purchase an
extra fine nib. I prefer my nibs small. If you're used to Asian pens, mainly
Japanese, this fine feels more like a medium.

This one definitely has..., May 19, 2012
By norcross141
This one definitely has some pros and cons. First off, to get it to start
insert the refill, then run the complete nib under warm water for a bit. Then
hold the pen over a sink or paper towel and pound the base of your hand against
the edge of the sink. (Really.)
You may earn a slightly bruised hand but it'll get going. I do like a little
resistance in writing, but as mentioned below, for those that don't, don't
bother. I didn't have the dryout problem mentioned, either, but that's not an
uncommon problem to have with fountain pens in general.
If you're willing to work with it it's a not-bad pen; pretty smooth overall. If
you're a bit of a fountain connoisseur, you can do better. If you are not the
patient sort, look elsewhere. ;-)

This pen is great-- very light, comfortable to hold, and lays down ink very
smoothly. It's stylish in an understated way and feels tough enough to take

easy to change.

I LOVE this pen. I bought one of each color in 1.0 mm, 2 in black. The first day
I brought one to work, I let a nice old lady sign her receipt with it. BIG
MISTAKE. She kept saying how nice it writes. I turned around for a second, and
she was gone. With my pen. This pen is so awesome, sweet old ladies will steal
them from you. Since then, I bought 20 more to be safe. I put a bright orange
tag with my name inside the barrel as well, after another old lady tried
claiming it was hers. BEST PEN EVER. But watch out for those pen thieves.

When I bought these,..., May 17, 2012
By zho...
When I bought these, I ideally wanted to use them for notes or homework. Keep
this in mind, because I'm no artist.
I love how dark and smooth these pencils are, but they're a bit impractical for
everyday use. I write extremely lightly, but the lead still loses its point
pretty quickly. Even if I rotate the pencil at the end of every word, the line
becomes thick very quickly. The only solution is to sharpen the pencil every
couple minutes. Also, the unique design of the eraser doesn't really help, since
you won't be able to use a pencil holder to make use of that last inch of
precious lead.
I find that writing with my Rotring 600 with .5mm 4B lead works much better.
It's just as smooth, if not smoother than the Blackwing, and there's no need to
sharpen every 20 words.
Overall, I'm sure the Blackwings have their use for artists or the occasional
bold word, but they're not the best for notes.

Wasn't quite as sturdy as I expected, but not a slouch either. The ink is where
it loses a star. After writing with the Zebra surari ink, this just doesn't
compare. If it had the emulsion ink, it would 5 *'s easily. The ink was reason
enough for me to give it to my wife. I write very small and I need a crisp ink.
This didn't fit the bill. Aside from that great pen with great slide action.

Ok, this pen writes in normal conditions as good as any regular ballpoint. Not
as good as the Jetstream/Surari/Vicuna, but not too far off. I bought this pen

outside in all weathers writing people in an out using security logs. This will
definitely be my "heavy weather" pen.

By ric...
This isn't too bad! I find that for me the 0.7 is the best formula of
smoothness and boldness. I ordered this one as a curiosity to see how the famous
Jetstream series would handle itself in this tip size. I purposely tried this
on CHEAP paper. No fancy journals or notebooks for me! It did fine! I found
that if I wrote with less pressure than normal this one wrote almost as nicely
as the 0.7 variety. Your mileage may vary, but it worked for me! I now have a
smaller tipped pen I can use as needed that's nearly as smooth as the 0.7.

By ibu...
These are great for very small and detailed accounting work. I don't like
writing in pencil, it's too smeary, so have been on the lookout for pens that
write small, but then corrections were difficult. The .04 fits the bill
perfectly, I can write small on my reports, make notes for others, but then if I
have to make corrections or revert a copy to an original and take out my notes,
voila--erases right away!! The ink flows well, doesn't smear, and erases
cleaned, with not residue or ghost markings. I would highly recommend this to
accounting people who like pens, but not the permanence. Of course you wouldn't
use these in instances where you would want permanence, like a signature.

Amazing pen for a keyring...., May 17, 2012
By kar...
Amazing pen for a keyring. Best one I've ever used because it's so short and
easy to carry, yet expands to a reasonable length. I immediately bought several
in different colors because I wanted to be sure I'd always have one handy.
I did have the problem of the pen opening by accident and lost a couple that
way. Finally solved the problem with an o-ring (from the local hardware store)
that fits around the top of the pen just below the wide end part. The o-ring
narrows the gap between the pen and cap so that it takes a little more effort to
push them together to release the cap. It has worked perfectly ever since.
O-rings in basic black are a perfect match for the black penpod, but I've never
seen o-rings in colors. So I use small rubber bands that match the colors of the
caps, and with several twists around the pen, they make passable substitutions
for o-rings. I found tiny, bright colored rubber bands in the hair accessories
department of my local pharmacy that work quite well.

I want to disagree with..., May 17, 2012
By jme...
I want to disagree with the reviewer that says this color is not dark enough to
use for business. I use this pen anywhere I would use a black, or blue-black
pen and am quite happy with it. It is especially nice to use if there are
several people writing on the same papers, and you can identify your own writing
by color. It is not quite as distinctive as blue-black in my opinion, but just
subtle enough that few people will notice it unless they know to look for it.
Also, I'd like to say that I find the 0.28 and 0.38 pens last much longer than
the 0.5 size pens. It's quite noticeable to me. I prefer the 0.38 size
overall. The 0.28 can be hard to read for some people depending on the lights
or their eyesight, and I avoid the 0.5 just because it runs the ink out too
fast.
Great pen!

By bosslady
Not bad lead-- it writes smooth and has a decent colour-- a bit more pink as the
other reviewer mentioned, rather than a true red, but not bad. Biggest drawback
about this lead for me is that it really doesn't erase well. Even light strokes
fail to erase completely. Strange, because its light blue brother erases
completely very easily.
|

I love this pencil, and..., May 16, 2012
By bosslady
I love this pencil, and more specifically, the lead inside the pencil. It writes
smoothly and erases cleanly. I really wish I could give it a full "Good" rating
except it has two drawbacks: the lead is very soft and even with a light hand
you're constantly clicking out more lead. But worst drawback is that this lead
fades in light, and sometimes very quickly. Even in indirect, artificial light
your lines will fade to barely visible in a few weeks. In bright natural light
I've had my drawing disappear in just a few minutes. I've experienced this on
several different papers (and true, some papers are worse offenders than
others), but this stuff just isn't very light-fast.
Pros:
-writes smoothly
-goes under inks nicely
-ERASES COMPLETELY!
Cons:
-very soft
-not light-fast
