Nihon Rikagaku Kogyo Co. Ltd was founded in Japan in 1937 to manufacture "dustless chalk" using human-safe calcium carbonate. This company started to hire workers with physical disabilities in1960 and proved they can produce high quality products by making the manufacturing process simple and efficient. The company continues to strive to employ disabled people and seek eco-friendly product solutions.
