I purchased a pair of these scissors in 1980, and have used them a lot ever since. The finger hole cushions long lost, the black chrome plating worn away in places. For the last 10 years there has been a ding in the blades from cutting through some cardboard that had a hidden staple. When I saw these available I leapt at the chance for a fresh start. I have no reason to doubt that these will last me 38 years. Impeccable quality, and lovely Industrial Design.

Great scissors, cuts smoothly and handles adhesives on tape, washi, and packaging great.

Be aware, the fine print says the handle may have different colored elastomer rings, mine came with bright red rings. Not a deal breaker, but not as sleek as the all black scissors look. Wish I could have known what the options were, even if it wasn't selectable.

I never realized I could like a pair of scissors until I got these. First, when you cut with it, even through air, you get this satisfying texture of precisely manufactured metal gliding together. Second, the coating means you don't have to be afraid of what you're cutting because its really easy to clean them, including those adhesives that sometimes stick to scissors.

I get compliments on these scissors all the time, which is insane because they're just scissors... but they're worth it.
These babies GLIDE across paper like a dream. Plus, they look super cool and sleek, but they're still pretty comfortable to use. It doesn't get stickiness from glue/tape on them and are easy to clean.The best pair of scissors I've ever owned.

OK but not great. I have used other brands that were much better. I have difficulty extracting my fingers. As always, great service from JetPens.
