    Pretty much the same as the "Pilot Futayaku Double-Sided Brush Pen" which is no longer being produced. I used the Futayaku a lot for many years, so I may have to adapt a bit to this one. But for script lettering and quick shading this double-ended 'brush pen' is great - some are too soft and floppy for my taste.
